BETTINA NUWENDAM
Bettina Nuwendam is a jewelry brand founded in 2024, born from the artistic journey of its creator. After studying textile design, followed by photography and editorial media at École Duperré in Paris, Bettina spent two years working in the fashion industry. Driven by a desire to reconnect with a tangible, artistic practice, she then turned to the art of jewelry making and metalwork.
Her passion for craftsmanship is rooted in a family history shaped by skilled hands and inherited craftsmanship. Bettina comes from a family of artisans: a seamstress grandmother, a radio technician grandfather, and another grandfather who was an auto body craftsman in Paris’s 10th arrondissement. From this heritage, she inherited a love for the workshop, for tools, and for the handmade. By embracing jewelry as her craft, she continues a tradition of creation, of material, and of transmission.
Each piece from the Bettina Nuwendam collection is carefully handcrafted in her Parisian studio. The brand embraces a bold yet refined minimalism, offering singular creations made from precious materials, designed to endure, to transcend time, and to be passed down.
